libhbalinux-dev software package provides Library headers files for retrieving FCOE adapter information, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhbalinux-dev
libhbalinux-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhbalinux-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhbalinux-dev *
You will get with libhbalinux-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
